is it possible to get VBScript to change the advanced options Tools/Internet Options/Advanced in Internet Explorer.

I am trying to produce a nice asp report for all the branches in the company but the option for "Printing - Print Background colors and images" is not ticked so all the reports look hurrendous but look great with it ticked!!

The answer is "no". There is no server-side programming language that will let you do that for security reasons.

Why not just print the reports as black text on a white background, and then have the images as inline images rather than backgrounds?
