I've been working in PHP for years now starting new sites and rebuilding others. Now I have to rebuild a site that doesn't have PHP available but does have ASP and I find myself having to come up with a CMS for it and on top of that having to learn ASP.

As most of you know PHP has a great many scripts that are free or by donation. Scripts like PHPNuke or Geeklog for CMS to name a few. I'm not finding the free stuff (Open GL) for ASP. Is it out there? If so where?

It's not free, but I'm a fan of the Innova Studio editor.
