ASP applications have not gone obsolete yet. A certain number of ASP applications have been upgraded to asp.net. On the other hand, some heavy and complex ASP websites are in use which require upgrading but could not been done up due to various reasons..
But it is not obsolete. You could things with ASP at more ease.

I think it depends upon the need for. If your needs are persistent it is your cup of tea to change classic into a .net. Literally, the online business is not affected whether you are using this or that. The sole aim remains to be the business. I dont think it is somehow has ever been affected due to classic asp coding.

asp is also very much used language but currently php is hot & best. Because its easy free and flexible but you can't say asp obsolete right now. Its a premature thought.

that makes no sense. plenty of big websites still use ASP. if a script fits your needs, there's no point in changing the language.
