CPM affiliate program wanted

Can anyone point me in the direction of a CPM network that actually pays?

I'm about to add a big section to my website and I am going to add some popups to make some money. If I have to use annoying popups I want a program that will pay.

Try some logo designer websites like logodesignguru.com, www.logoworks.com or www.logodesignxperts.com 's affiliate programs...As i researched www.logodesignxperts.com pays highest commission rate, now its upto you how you convert your visitors into customers.

There are a few CPM networks around where some pays better than others.

Have you tried ValueClickMedia. They pay and are reputable?

...and don't forget about AdSense - while not CPM, its eCPM is often better than that of traditional CPM ad networks.
