Hey Buddy!

Welcome and thanks for joining....

Like Chopper said, there is no "best" affiliate program because it depends on what your visitors are looking for (what site is all about).

However, if you just looking for blindlink and PPC programs, the standardInternet programs probably are the best and they do pay (granted you don't breal any rules, so read the terms). Good PPC programs are harder to come by now days. You could try some paypersearch program like targetwords, or searchtraffic etc...

Keep in mind deceptive links might be a lot more acceptable to your visitors on a Fun or Entertainment site, as compared to a very serious Business, News or Health site.

www.Fastclick.com has a great popunder program, but they are somewhat selective on who they approve and it pays CPM.

Ask for a site review in that forum and we might be able to give you some more tips...

Like FWT-Tim and I said it entirely depends on your site.

I would never put popups or blind links on my 'quality' content / traffic sites.

What type of site do you have?

You can put banners that target a specific topic like Games: Go to these great ad networks below to find game advertisers, if that is what your site is about......

www.fineclicks.com
www.cj.com
www.shareasale.com
www.clickxchange.com

and you could also use SI clickthrutaffic with the term "games"

Refer someone to CJ (including via a CJ merchant) and you get $1 + 5%

Most merhants have a specific referal link for that CJ program, look for it in each programs' "general links" section.

If not use the links for "CJ Recruiter Program" which you are automatically a member of.

CJ does not do pay per click any more.

And if you refer a merchant and you get $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Ok so how to do it:

Scroll down to the box entitled "Advertisers and Links"

Select "Commission Junction Recruiter Program"

Click "Get Links"

And the second way:

Click on the "Get Link" tab at the top

Type "commission junction recruiter" in the search box and press <enter>

Click on the link which comes up

Click on "Click Here to get HTML..." in the box on the right hand side.

Hey Craf,
I personally have never used them, but heard their conversion ratio is a little less than appealing. I guess I might depend on your site and if you can send them lots of traffic....

And of course, to get credit...

"For every new "Qualified Registrant" (refer to **Exceptions) who enters the Bravenet Site through Affiliates Links from Your Site and registers for a Bravenet membership and remains an active member for a period of no less than 15 days (a "Qualified Registrant), Bravenet will pay you a $1.00 per registration. To become an active member of Bravenet, a member must join and actively use 1 or more of our services on their web site."

So they must register and use at least one of their tools within 15 days or you are not paid for that member...

Let me know if you try them and how it goes....

CJ has just dropped it's Publisher Referal Links program, the only way you can earn commission from referals now is by joining the Commission Junction Recruiter Program... this is only available to active members, so you'll probably only find information about it when you are logged into your account - do a search in the "Get Links" section for "Commission Junction Recruiter Program" for more details.

I have a copy of the email I got sent earlier this week if anyone wants me to forward a copy. I didn't understand most of it tho, as I don't think I use the links in question anyway.
