just a note to update everybody on my continuing battle with smartengine.
I am owed commissions since MAY 2003 lasy year and have repeatedly emailed the information required to both Steve Ask and Russell Short.
After posting to this board, Russell requested that I send details of outstanding commissions. This I did (5 time I have emailed with regard outstanding commissions) and yet again heard nothing. Not even a receipt for my email.
I did get the nice apologetic letter stating the cause of the delay as being clawback. This was last year.
My advice to anyone contemplating using smartengine is DONT. You wont get paid!
