I have just launched a new website, basically a Government site which does not do any business. I was looking through different means of making money from the web through this site, so that we can start another official site or could earn the money for at least meeting the expenditure incurring for hosting this website. I came across many programs like CPC, CPM etc but nothing makes sense if I cannot pull traffic into my site. So I again searched the web and got this Traffic Multiplier Site which is superb. They just let you earn credits and then depending on the number of credits, your page will be shown to different viewers around the world who is also participating in their program. I personally dont have much experiance with those things, but i find them retarded. No offense or anything, but people bowsing any kind of site (that i can think of), who after they close the window, is going to want to look at v-day cards and such. To me it sounds like a waste of bandwidth. The only good reason i would use one of those, is to spam people and just have a bunch of ppc adds and impresions, so you just make money. Try to think of a more creative way to drive people to your site. Use your own banner exchange program(www.hotscripts.com) or something like that.

Traffic Exchanges can work if you are catering to webmasters or getting paid for impressions.
