I've neber heard of them, but with a search of the name in Google, they appear to be a Linkshare merchant correct?

I doubt that. how did you search on Google? I did a "+Web +CEO +Linkshare" search, but couldnt find anything there linked to webceo.com - Anyway, I would appreciete it if someone shared his experience - thanks.

scumbags if they ask me - theyre ripping off honest webmasters

as for their affiliate program - if you like ripping off your visitors then you could maybe make money but it depends on the type of site the ad is run on
