I also recommend them. The rates are low, but better in comparison to most of the other ad serving networks. If you get accepted, you are lucky. There standards are pretty strict.

They are one of the best ad serving networks IMO. And as Fonz said, they do pay. To bad they don't allow forums

Because most forums have very large amounts of page views from people mostly just reading...

Since they pay CPM as well as CPC, they don't allow them...

chiefs right
the click through rate on forums are notoriusly low, especially on a network like fastlick where the ad might not be related to your site

they simply cant pay by cpm when your site is getting thousands of impressions a day with only 1 or 2 clicks

I just started using FastClick for pop unders on a page that gets about 1500 page views per day. However, I am only getting credit for less than 10 views per day. Anyone, have a clue why?

10 credited out of 1500 views seems pretty low.
They do only credit 1 popunder per UNIQUE visitor.

Also are you sure you are not confusing page views with page "hits?"

Absolutely sure. Every time someone visits the page that does not have a referer from my domain I input the information into a database table. I also have fast click set on session instead of 12 or 24 hour.

My only thought is they do not serve an ad on every visit.

A forum is a site just like this. Also know as a message board or bulletin board.

fastclick can sometimes seem like it underpays, but they do serve defaults on like 50% of traffic....
