ClickXChange.com offers a few CPM programs. The payrates aren't great but they're quite reliable.

Yea, I tried them but they dont count like 75% of my clicks. No matter what....but any others?

Yeah but budsinc. needs a certain amount of traffic not sure the exact amount . http://www.adoptimal.com isn't too hard to get into you should try em only problem is some of their banners load kinda slow other than that they're great .
