Somone please tell me what add network this is

Hi,

So i was checking this guys site out and in order to play his movies you have to fill out an email submit form. He says he is getting paid like 10 cents per email that is filled out. here is the site http://iwebmovie.com/?p=288 and if you click the play button you will see what i mean. Anyone know how this works and what company he is using?

I *highly* doubt he is getting 10ȼ per email, unless of course you're giving it to him...Well, if your not, do you actually believe they're getting it from anyone else? Didn't think so.
