What do you mean by installing someone's affiliate program? ...implementing the ads? or..?

Implementing, for example, a statement like: "product A, which goes for 5 dollars, will reward the affiliate with $2.50" per sale of that product. etc.

Cost of software purchase plus installation fee of ..dunno $15? Then a basic hourly rate if it takes longer and more involvement than that.
