Rich Jerk, Duct Tape Marketing... if the name is that recognizable, you're probably the last person to read it and you'll probably be the last to implement the strategies recommended therein.

Nothing I would recommend buying either...

I agree with Rob, a lot of people have tried these techniques now so it's not worth your money.
