Just wondering if this is for real. I mean if I put up a website focusing on car insurance and use google adsense on it google is not going to pay me 44$ for a click on a online car insurance add are they? I mean they arent really going to even pay me a$? is there anyone who can tell me from experience what kind of pay per clicks they get in any niche. Doesnt matter if its medical, financial, law......just interested to know the lay of the land so to speak.

Considering google is shutting down sites that are clearly participating in arbitrage, I would say the answer to your question is no.

Build a legitimate site and get it ranked to where natural traffic is coming in to see quality and useful content, then you have a chance at some of those high end clicks.

No they aren't going to pay you 44 dollars a click for just having a car insurance related site and google adsense on it.

I make anywhere from .25-40 cents a click on any given day on my sites.

Yep, some clicks does pay really good amounts, but the keywords you have there probably don't pay that anymore. This is because the amount paid per keyword or phrase changes all the time.

it pay you 5cent per click only

I get a large number of 5 cent clicks. The highest paying click I've gotten was $3.
