Obviously it has to automated because it would take too much time to compare prices, choose the right keywords, then create the pages. Does anyone sell software for this or is it all custom made. I'm just trying to get another $600 a month in income but neither adsense, amazon, or maxbounty are getting beyond $10 a month.

Sounds like you need to not go after get rich quick arbritrage and try to work on getting traffic to your existing sites. BTW most MFA and arbritrage software is crap I haven't tried it but came across people that did and they are lucky to make a penny a day.
Arbitrage is not easy. I prefer to get traffic normal to my site and just earn as time goes on rather than try to possible ads in places that blind the visitor just so that I can get the highest CTR possible and not worry if the visitor looks at my content or ever comes back to my site again.
Arbitrage is normally done on sites that has little or poor quality content I would imagin so that it helps to make the visitor want to click on the ads rather than looking at the content.
Seems kind of cheap and dirty to me. I'd be embarrassed to tell my friends that I make my money building cr@p websites that waste people's time and don't benefit anyone.
