Can anyone please refer me to some merchants who sale their own products (not through an affiliate network) that are reputable, have decent products, actually pay on time etc? I would really appreciate it.

Consider that people will recommend programs that they are promoting; they are not necessarily reputable or established. Consider them but research them before you commit.
