PIPS is a good place to start learning about internet marketing. Once the basic concepts are learned they can be applied to affiliate marketing, niche marketing, etc.... I learned alot very quickly.

I have joined pips 12 days ago and made one sale. Some of the training is greek, but it makes sense. I am sure it is going to work, but I wish when we buy programs all cost (extra training/website costs and advertising costs were mentioned in the training. When you start with something new, finances will be an object

Well seems Stone is doing very well with Pips....the question is , who will succeed? After day 5 of Pips it looks like those with the most money to spend. I have found most of this a blur, although it is more direction in the online world I have found. The key for me has been to get organized. So my goal has been to increase my income, I have had a few sales in previous affiliate ventures and I am finding new ways to expand on those as well as building my PIPS.

I have bought into the PIPS site also. I am very new (green) at internet marketing. I am learning quite a bit with the 30 days to success package. I am on day 12 and behind. The one thing I am not learning with the package is how the autoresponders and all that stuff works which is the important part to learn so I can do the e-business myself without Mr. Stone. One thing for me is finding the time to work the business. Since starting PIPS, I have been up many a night until 12, 1, 2 or later, working on leads and so forth. I have no knowledge of any sign-ups to date. Mr. Stone promises sign-ups and has the checks to prove it as well which is one thing that sold me on PIPS. Not a lot of people on the internet is showing their checks. I appreciate the posts here about PushButtonLeads. I have gotten 3-4 new leads since the 6th of Sept. I had a sensing not to continue with their service. Thank you. I can see the potential to make a lot of money and that is what I am interested in doing. I am in several different programs. A couple need some website tweaking. I am not following the success package to the T either. Money is an issue here. Enough about that. I hope this helps you. Obviously my signature leads to PIPS. God bless all yall.

Hammer,
I too have put off the ezine ads for now, you have to remember you are building a business for the long haul, so the ezine ads can wait. Take slow steps and absorb information. I am following the 30 days also and I use Success University....I have been a member there before joining PIPS and the tools there are amazing.
Success to all and a great weekend

The charges for basic PIP site changes seem a little high, especially when its essential you have a unique site appearance. Has anyone done their own site makeover?

A really interesting thread with different opinions about PIPS.

In my limited experience with PIPS, I have to say I have learnt a lot of new information, or seen more emphasis placed on things I hadn't believed important.

I've also learnt from several of the posts here and also read concerns that echo my own.

The biggest concern for me is the site duplication. I've clicked on a number of links from the members on this thread and was surprised how many PIPS sites were the same as mine.

I think I'll have to take out my wallet (again!!) and pay for an upgrade.

This is 3rd days with PIPs. Guess the 30 days of lesson is worth more than the value of the PIPs.
This guy should be packaging the 30 days course and the 400 days auto-correspondence instead.
And guess what, pips gives me idea for my own affiliate product..

Well after reading some of these I don’t know if I want to admit it or not but I to am in PIPS. I am on day 20 right now but have been going kind of slow. Some days I am happy with it and some I am mad so it is hard to say it goes day by day. I already had a web site and was in SFI when I came across PIPS. Actually my sponsor for SFI was the one who showed it to me. It sounded good so I tired it. It does have a lot of good information and has taught me a lot but to be honest. I would have had to have had about 2,000.00 to do everything he wanted me to do up until about day 10 or so. I mean the ideas are all great if you could afford it. The one day he wanted us to order the million dollar bills it sounded good until I went to the web site and found out it was about $350.00 to have them printed up. Also to place the ads he wanted me to ( the solo ads) was hundreds also even the first or second day when we were supposed to upgrade our auto responders , he wanted us to get the most expensive package I just cant do that stuff. I am just doing what I can without spending that kind of money. If I had it I would but I don’t. I am glad I read all of your posts though because it made me feel better at least I know I am not alone. I also got rid of the push button leads after the 15 day. I think I am going to also get rid of Empowerism . I joined and paid the $24.95 and then 8 days later they charged my card another 19.99 because it was the 1st. If I would have known that I would have not joined them until the 1st but oh well Live & Learn. Talk to you all soon Jessie.

Yes.
Can see the frustation. I am in day 10 and still have to purchase things. In fact, I really don't like it. They called it funnel marketing. I called it BS.
On top of that, customisation of the PIP website needs money too. another BS.
In fact, I am starting a project somewhat similiar to PIP but with REAL value added stuff and I intend to squeeze it to 15 days real course to money and success. Once it is close to completion, will seek the opinion of you guys. Cheer.

Hi,
Just finished the course. The last few days are just reinforcement of the previous days.
My review on it. Good for starters. Bad for experienced guys. Not really value adding from a business perspective

Yes that was the other thing. They said the site was easily customizable and I suppose it is if you know how to build web pages but for those of us who don’t know how it is very hard. I kept tying to change the color myself but ended up paying the $30.00 to have them do it. Then another to get the mega site, for the $60.00 I have spent so far I guess I need to go figure out how to do it myself!

I feel that what Stone Evans is teaching, when you use it with your own imagination and resourses, will be very benefical to people, like me, who do not know a lot about internet marketing.
It does get discouraging when you place an ad and then you see 50 ads just like it. You do need to change it up a bit.

Good Luck

Think you may accidentally have tagged on to my reply rather than the main threads - easy to do! Ive been on the Net a fair while but only in the second week of the PIP program. Havent really looked at PIPs commissions but suspect the main money comes through the other affiliate income streams?

Maybe one way is to post in classifieds in out of the way places - as many as possible even if they are small and local - and start customizing your site.

As regards PIPs support, Ive found Pat Brucolli very helpful - she actually goes into detail, which is is more helpful and ultimately effective the curt one-line responses you often receive in other programs.

Pips is a great tool to learn from. If you have little or no web experience this is a great place to get you feet wet.
I'm on day 17 and finally got my first downline. This seems like quite a milestone but theres more to come.

Thanks for the replies fellow pipsters. Since my post I have learned quite a bit of information. I feel as if my head is going to explode. I am in the process of changing my website and upgrading some features. I feel that in a few months it will probably be totally different. Well, If anything it is a good place to start, right.

Thanks Again,
Ann
