The rules for the entire forum are listed everywhere. The rules for individual forums are listed in their proper places. It is up to the member to read, understand, and abide by the rules. And I think it should be understood by now for those reading that if the rules are not followed, the post/reply will be edited/deleted. If you have a doubt about whether or not to post something, please use the PM system to ask a mod or an admin if it's okay before posting.
This is not meant to offend anyone, or make anyone mad. It's and exhortation, or maybe an admonition, to follow the rules.
