The main thing to remember is there is no 'get rich quick' scheme. Honestly there isn't. Once you get that in your head you can build something that will make you a good income over time.
Good luck!

From one Ed to Another, My first post here, As profitable as they can be made?
I advise most importantly, You do what you like and like what you do. All the success and money will follow. First rule of thumb, Google and research any affiliate or Business op you consider. Research is free and all over the Internet.
Good Pluck

I have just started an affiliate website. It is affiliated with eBay, when a person clicks on a product on the site, it takes them to eBay and if they bid and win an auction I get paid. Also, I have google adsense that pays me as well. The thing about this type is that the products keep changing which is what the search engines love. BTW, I purchased this site already built, cause I'm pretty bad at website design, it was $89.00 and included the domain name & a full year of hosting. So far, support has been excellent, and already I have earned a couple of dollars from the adsense (friends & relatives of course) PM me if you want any more info.

I'm getting some regular income from my affiliate programs--nice to see checks getting bigger each month, though wish they were larger. Getting there. Check out <removed> . Great training and income from multiple sources. Results come with honest effort, but this program shows you how it's done. (Plus, a free website. And you can use this training to pursue any other affiliate programs that interest you, too.)

My advice is to forget what they all told you.
Then pick a product or area of interest that you are interested in and want to sell. Then find out who's selling it. For multiple programs check out cj.com or pepperjam.com
Start a blog or some sort of information site and add the ads to the site.
Good luck!

There is no easy road to this! The best advice you can get in this industry is spend your first two or three months reading and researching before spending any cash!
Here is a great start:

Okay here we go. I will share some information. One of the key beginning stages is to join a CPA network. CPAempire, clickbooth, primaryads, market levereage just to name a few. The networks can sometimes be hard to join so make sure you do some research on how to advertise affiliate products. Once your in you do not rely on the stats the website itself gives you for the stats could be weeks old. You find a series of affiliate ads that look professional and they have done thr correct homework. IE optimizing creatives/landing page/sales process. You send a email to the affiliate manager and request to get stats on the new ads you have found. He will give you the stats, Remember these are just averages and most of the time they were sent to an email list but you can still go off these numbers. He will give you conversion, epc, ecpm, etc. Now if you have the money you can focus on banner advertising. So you would need an adserver to keep track of conversion and let the adserver handle the optimization. You can then advertise on websites by using the alexa trick. The alexa trick is finding websites within your affiliate category. Because if thr ranked in alexa that means thr getting traffic. and potential traffic you can convert into sales.
Oh and thrs alot more info its just my fingers are getting tired
And Thats just one of the routes possible.

Hi all,
I am a new user in the community. My favorite pastime is surfing net which I think most of have in common. As you know now that I am under my graduation my part-time income is earning through affiliate programs. This is one thing I really like as we don’t have to have many resources for this. You just have to own blogs or website and you can earn in good figures here.
Right now I am using Refer forex for such. It is absolutely free with no downloading or initial fees. It is totally free. You just have to register there and get a banner code. Then place this code on our website or blog and get started. I am earning commission of every visit as well as each user made and their trades through my link. That’s how with no capital we can make good money.
I am also looking for more places to earn money and new ventures which would really make me a millionaire

Hi all,
I make my affiliate profitable by promoting my blog at various social community and links and article directories. But directories are not working for me i think....My affiliate ReferForex has got a good reputation but many people dont like forex investment therefore I get a limited traffic. But when users get registered there i am paid on their trades too thus making it a continuous lifetime process on existing traffic.

Please i need honest opinions and help tips, thanks.

Affiliate programs are highly profitable, but in my opinion, every course or ebook would only prove to be milestone in learning if you are implementing what you’ve learned from it.
It’s all about learning new things and taking actions, only after that you can expect success in any field including affiliate marketing.

I found one and am sticking with it. Made $500 net profit my first month. Not a huge amount but not bad for just starting out and learning on the job. The key is really learning how to advertise. I like CPC personally but that's just me. There are other ways to advertise as well but CPC has been good for me so far.

You can make a lot of money on affiliate programs but it is work. Making money online takes time and knowledge gained from failures. Affiliate sales sold from within your website has to do with ad location and the ad being displayed on every page. More traffic will equal more money.
If you create a website just for affiliate sales the landing page is important. The landing page needs to be able to hold the visitors attention, hook them into the sales pitch and close the sale. Conversion is the key to making money.
You can try buying traffic through adword or junk traffic. You will not need a landing page for that type of affiliate marketing just money. you can buy those annoying popunder ads for about $15. per 25,000 visitors. If you choose to do this just insert your affiliate link into the popunder ad and if the ad is clicked it will direct the person to the affiliate site via your link. If the sale converts you get commision. Try to make sure that one conversion will pay for the ad. If you dabble in buying ads set a budget to help cut down on losses.
I make steady income with Google adsense that I have on several websites and blogs. It hard to make big money with adsense compared to affiliate sales but the income is steady and pays my bills.

There are a lot of good paying affiliate programs even without resorting to CB or CJ. I'm in the forex niche and my affiliate pays $100 per signup!
