i got about 14 sales yesterday but i only earn $2.25 in CJ.
is there a way to get good amount for it?

Sell products with higher commision! or sell more of the ones you have now.

Dear Benecio,

- Affiliate marketing is all about trust: Some one buys something from your blog or website mostly if they feel, they trust you! So the first step would be gain trust and authority in your niche. write quality content and give unique information that would really help your visitors and provide value. Slowly start suggesting quality content that you have tried your self in your favorite niche that you are good at. Later suggest products that will benefit them and they would come back to thank you. This is when you start selling products on your website and start earning.

- I used to think Adsense was everything and the 5 - 6 usd i earned daily was going to be my future until i discovered affiliate marketing. It has so much potential that would blow you off. The key point is in selecting the right niche that you want to develop your website on.( and not a niche that you think is doing good and will fetch you lot of sales)

- As soon as you have your website up, if its a blog, start encouraging optins and subscribers that would prove as your biggest asset to be successful in affiliate marketing. You can directly talk to your potential buyers through emails.

Take home: to improve affiliate earnings, narrow your niche and sell products that you have used and develop a trust. Do not give the feeling that you are trying to SELL, project it as a suggestion as part of some valuable tips you provide.

I earn 80% of my income thru affiliate income approximately 1800 - 2000 usd a month..

Increasing traffic may also help to increase your results. Keep working on SEO (creating backlinks, keywords, quality content, updated content, etc.). It can take some time, but if you work at it, you'll be able to grow your site and hopefully your sales too.

2. Try better vendors than CJ

This is really low income for 14 sales indeed.You may change the type of products that has a good commission rate per sale.Or you may choose any other network like clickbank to work with.

Hi Mate,

Trying for different product and industry may give you lot more earnings. Web hosting industry worth giving shot. UK web hosting pays up to £300 every sale.

Nice tips. For affiliating marketing contents always the important part, useful contents with proper ads layout, after read your useful contents, they might click on ads.

I had this trick:

1. Search for the main Kw's
2. Follow your 5 top competitors
3. Do what they do, but better: They have 300 words in the page, write 450, they have 100 incoming links, build 200, There are nice pictures on the page, make sure to have better ones, the page informative and updated weekly, update yours daily and give more info.

Be better, Google will see it, more traffic - more sales.
