Affiliate Marketing Success Stories

This post is going to be a short bio of my affiliate marketing journey as well as share some links to my websites. This isn't spam or some pre-written article, this is coming from someone who has had websites receiving 1000's of visits a day, and earning direct affiliate commissions to my PayPal account.

I started out marketing online in 95' when Netzero and Pay2 Programs first got popular. While I did get many referrals I never profited too much to work from home full-time.

Since then I've experimented with a variety of websites, blogs and niches and only until recently did I discover that effort and effectiveness do not go hand and hand.

If you're a web designer, online marketer or new to making money on the internet then you may have noticed that it ain't easy. Granted, the internet is the world's largest marketplace, but that don't mean that being successful online is something that comes for everyone.

Not only do you have to work hard, but you have to work smart and if you don't enjoy being online then you won't make it. Because there is lots of clicking, lots of pointing, typing, chatting, scrolling and searching.

You have to genuinely try to solve people's problems through online networking, and people aren't always so thrilled to whip out their credit cards and spend their hard-earned money. You have to offer to them something of value that is worth their time.

I love the internet! I'm online 24 hours a day, and I can't wait to get home and check my stats. But it has taken me 12 years to get to this point. 12 years of trial and error, failure, practice and researching to finally get it. But it IS possible! With the right mindset, the right goals, and the right resources you can get paid through your computer.

Thanx for sharing your experience of affiliate marketing with us.
12 Years is definitely a long period. I can say one thing from your post i.e
"affiliate marketing needs lot of patience and hard work to achieve the desired results."

I have been using Referforex as my affiliate program from quite a long, but after reading your post i ll try to work more hard.

Inspiring post, thank you for sharing. You are really lucky that you are old enough to have been able to get a start on the internet that early.

I always think if I was just a little older I would have gotten my start back in the day when it was a lot easier to make money online - and I could have grabbed up some high quality domains which today are worth tens of thosuands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

But anyways, again very inspiring thank you for sharing.

Impressive. well, affiliate marketing does work for some. May be it needs more than hardwork. It needs time, patience, right skill set and research to earn online and similar goes with affiliate marketing.
