So what do you think of PS CS3 and Flash CS3?

Here are my thoghts:

Photoshop CS3 is slow to open and I'm not sure if it's worth the upgrade?

Flash CS3 means learning AS3 which is different from AS2. Imagine, in AS3 you cannot attach sript to a movie clip! So it's going to be like learning a new programming language from scratch.

CS3 has some truly amazing features that far outweigh the slow to open issue. The question becomes - how much RAM in your machine and how much video RAM ? There are a few things you can do to speed up CS3 too.

beamup, you are right in saying that "I think photoshop and flash are breakthrough programs ever invented"now things are even better when you can import a Photoshop file into flash with the layering intact.

Has anyone thought of learning Actionscript 3? Is the difference in functionality between versions 2 and 4 worth the learning time and effort? What can version 3 do that 2 can't?
