Hi, Im new the forum and thats pretty obvious. I will be coming back more often, but right now I am in a pinch and I need to know the best demensions for making a website template in Photoshop. Right now I have PS7 if that means anything to anyone. Thanks in advance.

988x725 pixels is a good size, but it can vary. I would suggest not exceeding 988 with the width, or you would get a sideways scroll.

Its best if the width does not exceed 780, as you want your site to be compatible with 800x600 screens, whereas the height doesn’t really matter can be as long as you want.
