Not gonna say , Eww , ahh , ohh , but gonna give a review.
Here is what you should do.
1: Cut uncle sam properly , for that try using the pen tool not the magic wand its not for good rendering.
2: You need a better background , try to stick to the original one.

BUT STILL I HATE WHAT I HAVE DONE < :P
