Well, its overall look is ok. But by redoing the right side of the image, you can enhance its look. By the way, what about the Submenu? Where it will come after clicking the main links?

But I also agree with thanhk39, it will look better without those three ( Game, Animation, Mp3), And also make the logo showing directions bigger and brighter.

low quality colors, make it more vivid looking and get rid of the dots in the background.
