My Photoshop doesn't respond to restore all preferences to default settings:
Alt+Control+Shift.
I have all the updates. From the begining(fresh install) does that.
How can I solve it?

Delete or rename the preferences file itself if the reset isn't working.
You'll find the preferences files buried under Documents and Settings if you're using Windows.

In XP it's buried here:
C:\Documents and Settings\*your profile name*\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\9.0\Adobe Photoshop CS2 Settings

Delete or rename the preferences file and restart PS.
