How do I make a template?

Well here are a lot of links linking to a lot of places. If you are talking about a thread, then try a search as this thread is probably two or more pages away.

Why would you look for forums to learn to make a template? The best way you can learn all this is to have a look at tutorial sites and simple trying to do it by yourself.
