Its needs a twinkle in the header

I think the header image could do with some twinkly stars or something but i would like a recommendation on what i should use, at the moment im using photoshop, should i turn the image into flash file and do that or a .gif file any ideas on how i could do this????

If you have to do that, do it as a gif and don't do Flash. However, I wouldn't do it at all. A constant animation like that would be distracting, drawing the visitors eyes to the header - instead of your content. That isn't what you want.
