Logo for this coming year

Each year my network re-does its layouts and graphics. For 2007 I redid the network logo. I'm thinking this one turned out best overall but there's alway room for improvement.

I would like criticism and ratings out of 10 if you please. thanks!

the shiny balls look nice and clean,, seems fine, perhaps you should take out the drop shadow tho, so its more clean and clear for the black text to show, overall, its good i give it like a 7/10,

The text is a bit dark, so taking the dropshadow out will help readability. Love the graphic however - very slick.

Yep I agree, the graphic is wicked but the drop shadow makes it very difficult to read on the text, maybe try incorporating a web2.0 look in the text to make it look more like part of a whole logo rather than two separate objects

hmm odd is that i actually seen this exact same image on a tutorial (I MEAN EXACT SHINE ETC) lol, is it ur tutorial? or did u copy it =p
