logo require some improvement.

Hi,

What I like:
the font - i think it's unique and very suitable for the business nature.
design of the font - a good representation of strength and power
shading of font - gives the logo a 3-dimensional impression

What could be done differently:
color of the logo - perhaps add one or two different color to make this logo stand out, and of course to create the lasting impression too, i suggest a contrasting color such as yellow or orange.
INC. - the word is really out of place. It is too small to be noticed, maybe try to enlarge it and place it next to "Tek".

I would also consider what applications the logo might have for future use: brochure, embroidered shirts, banner signs, side of a truck, business cards, company website, black and white news ad. Different size treatments and color options might greatly effect legibility.

I think it's pretty good. The solid colour on the Inc looks out of place; it draws more attention than the rest of the logo.
