I need help with Adobe Photoshop Please!!

I recently bought a psd template which includes the designs and images...etc, but I am trying to edit the "Contact us" page with photoshop and I don't know how to make a form with the basic Name, Email and Message found in a "contact us" page. Can you please provide me with specific details? Thanks !

I need it because I'm trying to create a website and in order to offer customer support, I need a "contact us" page. Do you know how I can create a form and import it into my template or how I can make a form with the same background as my template? Thanks!

You can make a form very easy with a wysiwyg editor. ;-)

Edit "Contact us" text or page? With form, its not possible to do in Photoshop.

Get HTML editor program they will do it for you, all you need to select the textarea for name, email & other forms.
