Ok, I am building a website and i just need to get this effect im seeing in my head onto the computer screen. Since i dont have time right now to input the pic ill descibe it> It is simply the outline of flames about 10 pixels thick on top of a black background. The color of the outline is teal.
Now on top of that i want the texture of a worn out t shirt where it looks like the graphic is flaking off....you know the shirts im talking about. Now this is what i want the texture of it to look like:
