Hello all, I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for some help. I have Adobe Photoshop CS2. There is an image with alot of text which I'm triing to read but when I zoom in, the text becomes severely pixelated and unreadable. I've tried many different things to make the image readable like sharpen and remove blur but everything I've tried is useless. I have attached the file I'm triing to enhance below.
Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I had whatever program they use on CSI. They can zoom in on anything(how the F%^K do I do that?).

maybe, I say *maybe*, you could do something with the sharpen filter....

I hope it goes...good luck

moastly, when a image is very poor i use a process which takes A LOD OF time. First of all use the pen tool and the convert point tool to make a selection of great one-color sections. After that try to make the rest of the image with brushes, blur, smudge dodge and burn. Be sure that you duplicate the 'original poor image' on a layer so that you can go back is that is needed. Maybe you shoudn't retouch everything but most of the retouching is just a lod of patience, experience and maybe even a bit of luck.

You're not going to be able to get the text out of that image. Sharpening won't work, because there just isn't enough data in the file for the algorithm to work on effectively. But for future reference, always use the unsharp mask filter, not sharpen or sharpen more.

For reference, the programs they use on CSI to clear up images to infinity don't exist, it's Hollywood magic.
