I need to get my page sliced, which i've created using photosshop, however i dont know how

I've tried so long and hard but always the page "falls apart" , in other words wrapping does work.

Would anyone be so nice and do it quickly for me? I would appreciate it very very much,

could you post a link to a preview? i might do it on my break if its not too complex and no one else takes a shot at it
