Hey there, I'm not on my PS computer but doing this should be relatively simple 
Under the 'select' tab there will be a button saying 'colour range' Click that and you'll be shown to a window that shows your image in B/W. Click the area on your workspace that you want to change and change the fuzziness so that only that area is black in the window. Then click OK, move the new selection to a new layer and edit it at your will |
