I have a question for some of you art/graphic design people.

So I have this painting I did based on a photo (yes I have the rights to use the image) I want to make some screen prints. It's a black and white.
What is the most economic way to prep this image for screen printing?

The print shops I deal with are happy with a high res PDF.

But I noticed that when I imported bitmap exorted then he finally gathered my creations. I like it because I had a white text wouln't occur without a black background.
