Yes, I need help here..
I'm trying to use new photo and give it nice old look. I would like to place the old look over the photo so I can put it on canvas. Not sure how to do it in Photoshop 6.0 now. It should look like there is "Cracked dried mud" all over the image.

I'm trying emboze and other filters but I'm doing something wrong. I think, I did it ones a few months ago, now I forgot. So, if you can help me e-mail me please.

Thank you, MrGrey.

Hiya, ok there are some simple bits, first duplicate the original photo layer, then on the duplicate run the filter > scetch >notepaper, and play with the density of the effect. You can then drop the opacity (layers palette) of the duplicate.

Another method is to turn the RGB image into Greyscale, then IMMEDIATLY back to RBG, then use the history brush (on a soft opacity) to "paint" in "old bits"...

Best of luck!...scotia
