looking for good general tutorial sites

hi, my css skills are decent, the main thing that is causing me to not be that great is my poor photoshop skills. i was wondering if there are any good general tutorial sites that could improve my overall photoshop skills , any help GREATLY appreciated. thanks. derek i found a logo site but it was just 3d logos.

one thing i learned to do is google the specific thing i want to create , because there are so many things you can do with photoshop. so lets say i want to make a shiny button, id never find it, so i would google "photoshop shiny button tutorial"

You know, I did a thorough search at w3schools

I did not find a single PHOTOSHOP tutorial

This being the Adobe Photoshop forum and the OP is looking for a general tutorial site on this specific product otherwise it would have been in a different forum
