Animated Gif help!

As you can see from the file I've attached to this post there are 4 sets of 8 gifs.

I'd like to use them as user ranks for a forum board.

blue for Administrators
red for Super Mods
green for Mods
yellow for users

The attached gif is one file, obviously. Can someone "split" them up for me, for lack of a better term, I'd be most appreciative. And/or explain to me how to do it. BTW, I also have it as a .psd file but it was too large to upload here.

If you open it in photoshop or whatever, you can crop it, save as say red1.gif, open the original file, crop the next, save as red2.gif and so on.. thats how I'd do it myself..
