http://pshero.com/ is my favorite. His tutorials are original, and one of the only sets of tutorials I could actually follow easily when just starting out.

Great list of sites, I thought I might also add that on deviantart.com there are many great tutorials that people make themselves and post up.
They are usually on the more artistic side like digital painting but it is great for intermediate or higher skilled photoshop users.
You can also find millions of great brushes here under creative commons license which is great.

Hmmm... I wanted a crash course on Photoshop. I wanted to earn money ASAP. I bought this DVD tutorials called, Top Secret. There's 4 DVDs inside. After viewing 2 DVDs in less than a week, in less than a month from beeing a noob, I was earning.... a lot. Didn't even finish the whole set. I never viewed any online tutorial ever.
