I just got Photoshop CS and non of the short cuts work? (Undo Crtl+z Copy Ctrl + C Paste Ctrl + V etc)

Well, hate to say it but... you have an illegal copy of photoshop. Adobe added this feature to prevent people from downloading it illegaly and trying to "crack" it.
