There are many ways to learn photoshop and some of them are as follows :

* You can use take the help of these two tutorials i.e smashingmagazine and good-tutorials. I have used both of them and i am satisfied with them.

* You can start doing anything in photoshop, start editing your own photographs and give some time to photoshop everyday. Slowly and steadily you'll be an expert and everything requires time to learn.

To learn the photoshop perfectly it is better to consult with an expert. If someone wants to learn it by him/herself then they might download tutorials from You tube as there are a number of great tutorials there. Believe me, it really works.

In photoshop I'm hopeless ..from years i'm trying to do any thing with photoshop and I always failed ...even i learn other programs Like (Coreldraw and inkscape) in few months but photoshop No..
I know all the basic in photoshop but until now i can't make any deserved design .

everything starts with the basic, just like the saying has said, "great things starts from small beginning", just start working with a single layer object then try to discover stuff how to make it look different, and thats it you are starting to explore.

Just start using it. read tutorials, go on graphic design forums and just keep using it. Over time you will get better, but just remember it wont happen in one day.
