How to make design like this ?

I did like the design like this one but i don't know how i can do it ..

I mean its gradient but not sure how to make gradient as like i wanted and not gradients editor that can do this.

I don't mean the white on the image i mean the blue and green color that way...

It's photoshop. You download the shape and select it from your custom tool shapes menu.

No, you can make shapes in photoshop. Just use pen tool and draw a shape then go to Edit > Define Custom Shape
