Hi. Two things I was wondering if anyone could explain for me.

I have an ISO file format installed in my plug-ins folder yet it it is not visible in my saving options. I've used it before so I know everything is set up correctly. Anyone ever had trouble with this before?

Also, frequently when I am selecting options, the Adobe Help menu will popup in about 10 different windows. It's more annoying than anything else. Does anyone else ever experience this? Do you know how to prevent it?

(BTW, I introduced myself in the introduction thread if you are wondering who I am)

Yes, this is a known bug in Photoshop.

As for the ISO format - I didn't know PS could open ISO files.

Oh good. Glad to know it's not just my program then.

I don't want to open an ISO file. I want to save a file as an ISO - to make a favicon for my web page.

Dude....
ISO is the file format to record a cd or DVD.
What you want is an ICO file...

I'm betting 3 on 5 that the ISO plugin you have is to record ISO disc images with your pictures on a photo cd.
Then you can give that image to the cd-burner program to create your physical cd.

Sorry - typo! It is an ICO plug-in. I have a screenshot in my initial post.

IconFactory makes a plug-in for making icons, works pretty well too.

It got mine from Telegraphics. Thank you though.

Thanks LadynRed, I'll check them out.
