I am sure there is several ways to do it, I would use a layer mask and granite tool, then for the white glossy effect make it a new layer white blur it then set it to screen and maybe lower the opacity level some. It looks like they also have a pattern overlay in the background, or it could be “difference clouds” Filter. Finally I would flatten the image and have an inner shadow effect. Play around with some of those settings see what you come up with. If this does not help there are millions of tutorials online that will give you step by step instructions.
