hi there, i have a website but its not very attractive looking, i've made my with freeweb, but i want my site template to look like these ones
how are they done, how can i make my site look like this?

the images changing is it flash?

The 1st one uses javascript for the changing images.

The 2nd one uses old non-validating code and an image map.

You can create web images in any decent image editor, Photoshop is only one editor among many!

Remember, you can't create web sites in an image editor, only the actual images you use on a web site. You'll need to create some HTML pages as well.

I am a HUGE buffy/angel shipper so I was pleased to see those sites.

I'm not very experienced in making websites myself. Maybe you should download a free template that you can customize because I don't think building one from scratch is that easy for a beginner.
If you google "free website template" you'll find lots of options.
