Ive came across a couple of good sites with

alot of photo manipulations. There Real shots Turned into this gory zombie type looking guy..
what kind of Layers would you do to create a entire New Face?? it would be like layer after layer after layer.
im sure there would be alot of burn with it all would u have to recreate the whole face feature??

and then i found this editt
its like seperated into two section's its more of a "Perfection" Picture her face is really bright in the beggining and at the end its More of a dark color tannish.
how would you do something like this ?

Turning people into monsters can take as many layers, and many blend modes, as you need to get the desired effects. There are tons of tutorials out on the web that show you how it's done.

The 2nd sounds like just photo retouching - lots of tutorials out there for that too.
