If I am working on photoshop and suddenly electricity fails, so computer shut down automatically. But when power comes and I open photoshop and try to open the file I was working on it doesn't open the file and gives this error

Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered.

I cannot open the file. All my work go wasted. Can anyone please help me what the hell is going on with my stupid photoshop?

I am using photoshop CS2 version btw.

If your power is that flakey, may I suggest a backup supply?

That and frequent saves as the work progresses are about the only suggestion.
