I've been doing this for awhile but I can't remember what the website design is called. Back when TGP's where big people would wipe out photoshop "TGP Templates" for 20 dollars. Does anyone here know how to do so. I already have a logo and I would like the "table" of news RSS feeds on my site in the middle of the template with the back ground looking like a news paper. The background doesn't have to move. Just looking to do something different with my news site http://www.boernechronicle.com something creative.
