Simple template of photo background $15

I need a simple higher res. image template so I can cut and paste pictures of various people into it's backdrop. So what I need is a version of this image minus the two guys you see in it currently. Layered so I can replace it's colors and modify easily in PS. Feel free to get creative. The dimensions need to be 1.45:1 such as... 1280x880, 640x440 etc ... just so it's to that scale, if you know what I mean

I am having this contest run just a couple of days.

please include a VS in the middle into it too.

Yes, that is basically what I'm looking for. Is it layered so I can change the box colors? Also could you make the VS stand out a bit more too?
